WHAT: a conference on digital activism and youth engagement in a digital world.

HOW MUCH:

For participating during the whole event with accommodation included and the option to get 50% travel reimbursement, up to the amount of 50€, the fee is 55€ (Arrival Day is the 11th of May and Departure Day is the 14th of May).

For participating during the whole event without accommodation, the fee is 35€.

For participating only during selected days, the participation fee is 15€ per day.

Here's what's in store:

 🎉 Day 1 Welcome to the adventure! Begin your journey with a visit to the European Parliament to peek into the heart of European democracy. The excitement continues with a guided tour of Brussels, allowing you to soak in the city's rich culture and history. As the sun sets, join us for a fun evening city tour that promises laughter and memorable moments. 🏛️🌆🚶‍♂️

 🌟 Day 2 Immerse yourself in an enlightening day focused on policy drafting, guided by experienced facilitators. Participate in engaging workshops presented by our dedicated ambassadors and delve deep into the project's outcomes and its wider societal implications. As night falls, choose between a cosy board game night or a cinematic movie night, each offering a relaxed atmosphere to bond and reflect on the day's learnings. 📝💬🎲🎥

 👋 Day 3 Step into a hands-on policy drafting session, working side by side with ambassadors to shape policies for a better future. This collaborative effort is your chance to contribute to meaningful change. The evening brings an opportunity to sample Belgium's world-renowned beer, blending cultural experience with relaxation and fun conversations. 🤝💼🍻

 🎓 Day 4 The final day elevates your experience with a sophisticated conference, featuring the unveiling of collaboratively crafted policies, insightful panel discussions, and networking opportunities with NGOs, MEPs, and journalists. This formal event not only highlights the culmination of our collective efforts but also celebrates Europe on Track's birthday in style, marking a memorable conclusion to an impactful journey. 🎙️🤝🎂

Thanks to the generous support of the European Youth Foundation - Council of Europe, we're able to offer travel reimbursement program for participants of the event!
