The Lifelong Learning Platform’s working groups are set up to study in detail certain policy areas, hot topics and ideas relevant to the progress of lifelong learning in Europe.
Working Groups
The LLLPlatform currently animates four working groups:
Untill 2022, LLLP also held regular meetings of the Digital Learning Working Group; under the thrust of the digital transition, issues pertaining to digital learning were progressively and transversally integrated in all other working groups.
Additionally, and together with the European Youth Forum, LLLP is also leading a coalition of European NGOs advocating for strong EU programmes in the field of education, training and youth (the ‘Erasmus+ Coalition’).
On top of these, LLLP and EAEA created the Lifelong Learning Interest Group of the European Parliament, with Members of the European Parliament. It is currently chaired by MEP Sirpa Pietikäinen (EPP, FI).
