About the event
LLLGALA The Lifelong Learning Platform was founded on 5 February 2005 in Brussels, under the name of EUCIS-LLL (European Civil Society for Lifelong Learning); its mission, to advance lifelong learning in Europe and beyond, contributing to building inclusive and democratic education systems. Twenty years have passed since our establishment and a lot has changed in the education landscape.
With a symbolic and material celebration, this event will follow the EU Lifelong Learning Stakeholders Forum to take stock of the past 20 years and planning for the future. We will kick off the 15th edition of the Lifelong Learning Week and officially launch a Renewed Manifesto for Lifelong Learning, paving the way for the coming years while celebrating our 20th anniversary.
