About the event

While ”digitalisation” stands for many synonymous to innovation and progress, we see at the moment the scratches in the surface. More and more we are aware that technology choices are political, that they have an impact on global relations, on democracy and our living together. The demands for digital sovereignty and coping with polarisation and the excesses of platformisation, including increasing job polarisation on the labour market, show, that we are already in a discussion about what innovation we do want and how we do want to shape the digital society and the digital market (also in relation to or in contrast to other regions in the world).
