About the event
We are living in a historical moment shaped by three main societal trends that impact the way of living
and learning of children and adults, of young and aged people. These 3 major trends are: climate
change, demographic change and digitalisation/AI. Education is a process allowing people to live as
active and responsible citizens and supports lifelong learning in a rapidly evolving society. Therefore,
it is essential to enhance the role of education for future generations and to rethink pedagogical
approaches. Education must equip people with the skills and tools needed to navigate these changes
